I’m Guy Wilnai. I founded Datagize so that the person you meet is the person who builds your data platform — not a partner who introduces you to a delivery team.
Since 2011 I have worked almost entirely on data warehousing and business intelligence inside banking, insurance, government and manufacturing — the places where being wrong is expensive and change control is not optional.

No reseller margin and no platform loyalty — but I will name the stack I would use and tell you exactly why. Neutrality is not the same as vagueness.

How engagements are staffed
Datagize is a senior-only practice. I lead every engagement. When one needs more hands, I bring in practitioners I have personally shipped production systems with — hand-picked for the work in front of us, not assigned from a bench.
Who will be on my team?
You will know before you sign. No one on your engagement will have fewer than fifteen years in the field — there is no pyramid and no junior consultant learning your business at your expense. If the scope grows, the team grows with people I have worked beside, and you meet them first.
What if you are not available?
The platform does not depend on me being in the room. Every database object is version-controlled, every deploy is scripted, and schema drift is detected automatically. When your auditor asks what changed and when, the system answers — not a consultant’s memory.
