Welcome to Datagize (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you visit our website www.datagize.us.

We may collect the following types of information:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, billing address, and other identifiers you provide.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other analytical data.

4. The Data Maturity Survey

When you take our Data Maturity Survey, we collect your answers to its 24 statements, your name and work email, and, if you provide them, your company name, phone number, preferred contact method and how you heard about the survey. With each response we also record the date and time, your browser and device type, and your country as reported by our hosting network. We do not store your IP address with survey responses.

We use your answers to calculate the scores shown when you finish, and to prepare your written report. We use AI tools, including Anthropic’s Claude, to help draft that report. Guy Wilnai reviews every report and sends it personally. We contact you only about your report, using the method you chose. Taking the survey does not add you to any mailing list.

Survey responses are stored on our website, which is hosted by WP Engine, and in a Google Sheet in Datagize’s Google Workspace account. They are not held by a survey company and are never sold. We keep survey responses for 24 months, or delete them sooner if you ask.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share it with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us run our website and services, including our web host (WP Engine), Google (Google Workspace and Google Analytics), and AI tools used to help prepare survey reports (Anthropic). They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law, court order, or government request.
• Business Transfers: In case of mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, your information may be transferred.

6. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
