For example, sales teams can start with AI-assisted forecasting before moving to fully automated lead-scoring systems. Finance departments can first leverage fraud detection models to flag anomalies before shifting to AI-driven risk modeling. The key is to let AI enhance human decision-making rather than forcing AI-first strategies prematurely.
